Riddle

Hi, I'm from school and I know I can handle you!
Big or small, short or tall, I know I can handle you.
Even the trays or carts of food and the maps and
rugs of the floor, I know I can handle you. Though
sometimes you tend to abuse me because you
believe I can handle you. though it's true, please
don't abuse me 'coz I can break too. I can always
be used unless it's raining cats and dogs. And will
also be stopped if there's an unwanted occurrence
of the environment in school. As what I've said, you
still can use me but please don't abuse me. Just go
with me and I'll bring you! Oh yeah, before I go, in
the school I'm am unique too.
I know I can handle you.
