Coming from school is so exhausting. Even if I just sat in the vehicle for about an hour going back home I feel like I came home from a camp. Maybe it's because my brain consumed most of the space from studying or whatever. haha! Anyway, earlier this morning, we went to a place called "Timbao". The fifteen students including me were divided into five groups to spread and interview some young students in "Timbao Elementary School". It was quite an experience with the kids having an interaction with us. The kids who were assigned to us were in grade two. The kids struck our hearts when we heard their stories of how they wake up really early morning and walk over a kilometer just to reach school and study. We asked the children of what do they want to be when they grow up and why, and all of them answered with these replies, "Gusto ko po maging doctor kasi gusto ko lang po", "Ako po stewardess! Pangarap ko po kasi sumakay ng eroplano", "Ako naman pulis pero di ko alam kung bakit", and lastly, the one that really touched us, " Gusto ko lang po makatapos ng pagaaral, kasi po marami po kaming utang lalo na pong nadagdagan noong nagkasakit si papa sa atay.". It's like the kid was telling us that she'll be contented with any job as long as she can pay all the debts of her parents. Because she believes that when she finishes her studies she'll be able to make her family a debt-free family. What a goal to fulfill by these inspiring kids. Also with this occurence that happened, it made us all feel how blessed we are even with small things like the water we drink, the food we eat, the clothes we wear, and our conviniency of studying. All of these are incomaparable to what the kids of Timbao are experiencing. Hope we learn how to give God the glory for giving us the comfort of living however I believe that we become stronger from the arduous trials He gives us.
Have a great day ! ! ! =)

Yes.. It is true. I really feel how much God loves me. It doesn't mean that God doesn't love them. God just shows them to let us know his love. I believe he will certainly show the little kids in Timbao others or things that will make them thank and feel his love.
waa! sa inchican kme pumunta. xD uhm.. hope i could go to timbao to0. some other time.
lucky for you that you were assigned in timbao.. hehehe I don’t want to say anything more… hahahaha
sa inchican din kme eh... kahit papano, they find time to enjoy pa rin with their friends kahit na may mga problems sila... hehe..
hehe. i remember my nstp days in dasma. we went to a squatters area. we have seen the reality of poverty here in the philippines through the single smiles of each individual there. we teach children! we feed them! and the best prt of it was the farewell party. we made awards like "perfect attendance", "most sleepy", like that. hehehe. anyway, nstp is a minor subject but it will really help us in our future endeavors!
see yah!
